Data we collect

What we receive when you register or start a consultation

Everything below arrives because you type it into a form on this site or send it to your dietitian. We do not add outside data to your file.

Registration form Name, email address, phone number, city, and the household size you tell us about.
Goal description The short description of what you want from the consultation, written in your own words.
Intake notes and food diary Meal timing, food preferences, restrictions you follow, and any health information you choose to disclose.
Technical records IP address and browser type, recorded by the hosting infrastructure for security and normal operation.

If you would rather not share a particular detail, leave it out of the form. Your dietitian can work with what you are comfortable providing, and can tell you during the session whether a missing point changes the plan.

Voluntary means voluntary

Health and nutrition details are collected only because you supply them. They are used for the consultation and the meal plan, and for nothing else.

Why we collect it

Your data is used to schedule your consultation, prepare your session, write your meal plan, and keep a record of your plan over time. Contact details are used to confirm your registration, offer appointment slots, and send preparation notes. Health and nutrition information you provide is used only for the consultation itself.

What we do

Confirm your registration, book and reschedule sessions, write and revise your meal plan, and keep your file readable for follow-up visits.

What we do not do

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it to anyone. Your file is not a marketing list.

Who can access your data

Access follows the consultation, not the company chart. Each record is opened by the people who need it to do their part of the work.

Scheduling staff

Administrative staff handling scheduling see your registration details so they can confirm your registration and offer appointment slots.

Assigned dietitian

The dietitian assigned to your case opens your intake form, food diary and case notes to prepare the session and write the meal plan.

Technical providers

Where a provider hosts the website or stores records on our behalf, that provider processes data under instruction and for no other purpose.

We do not share your file with employers, insurers, or other organisations outside the consultation workflow. If a request for your records ever comes from outside, we would tell you first unless we are legally prevented from doing so.

How long we keep records

Registration and consultation records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and to maintain a record of your plan across follow-up sessions. Records that are no longer needed are deleted or anonymised.

If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so unless we are required to retain it for a legal or administrative reason. When that happens, we tell you which part stays and why.

Your rights over your data

  • Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
  • Ask for deletion, or object to specific processing and ask us to restrict it.

Requests can be made by phone or in writing to the contact details in this policy. We respond within a reasonable period and may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

Cookies and technical data

This website uses cookies and similar technologies as described in the Cookie Policy. Those files support basic site functions and, where applicable, anonymous usage measurement.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site behave, such as remembering a form you had already started.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or legal requirements change. The current version applies from the date it is published on this page.

Material changes affecting how your data is used will be reflected here, so the wording on this page always matches the way the service actually works.
